How do I return an item?

Unsatisfied with your order? At MyBagAddiction.com we want our customers to be in love with their bag of choice. Therefore your order may be returned for a refund or exchange.
How to apply for a refund? Simple!
- Contact customer service to receive your return code. You may contact customer service by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling us 1-855-239-7775
- Exchanging an item is simple and easy. Simply notify us of your change of heart and ship the handbag back to MyBagAddiction.com within 5 business days.
- Call or Email customer service and notify us of your new handbag of choice.
- An order for the new handbag will only be placed upon receiving the bag you wish to return.
- Any price difference will be applied. If your new handbag value is less than original you will be credited the difference. If your new handbag value is higher you will be charged the difference.
- Original shipping charges are not refunded nor are applied to new orders. You will need to pay for any new and additional shipping charges.
However, DO NOT FORGET!
Please keep in mind that handbags which are on sale are final sale. Refunds or exchange do not apply to any sale items.
- You must notify MyBagAddiction.com and place the item in the mail within 5 business days upon receiving your order.
- We do not offer return shipping label.
- All items returned must be in their original state. Items must include all tags and original packing.
- Refunds issued do not include any original shipping and tax charges.
- Refunds will issued by MyBagAddiction.com upon receiving your returned item.
Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
